My motto is "Know yourself, Heal yourself, Empower yourself." This is the KHE Power Method™

The KHE Power Method™ is a structure or framework that I use when engaged in personal or spiritual growth. In order to create true transformation and lasting change, each of these three stages must be engaged.

At times, acknowledging a truth or having an "a-ha" moment gives a person the experience of all three stages at once. At other times, you can know an idea intellectually or in your head and it may take years before the understanding moves its way to your heart (healing) and maybe even more time before it becomes a part of new behaviors or attitudes (empowering).

Consciously employing the KHE Power Method™ will ensure that the issue that you are working on takes root into your whole being.

Know Yourself: Each of us is unique, special, and miraculous. In Sufism, they say that if you know yourself, you know God. Insight into your own truth is the starting point for growth and success.

Heal Yourself: Once you have uncovered hidden fears, resistance, or traumas through courageous (and assisted) introspection, healing is the next step to personal freedom and power. I have many tools to assist in this process so that it can be done as quickly and gently as possible.

Empower Yourself: After seeing deeply into yourself, acknowledging the truths within you (good and bad) and healing any obstacles to happiness that are uncovered, your true self emerges and begins to stretch its wings through authentic expression. As you embrace your true self, you begin to live an authentic and fulfilling life. In this state true power is available to you.
