What can you do without a healer, coach, or counselor?
Just about anything! This is the good news. The bad news is that because all of us are not trained therapists or healers, it is easy to miss the deeper issues or fool ourselves about issues that really need to be addressed.
However, I believe in personal empowerment and all healing and growth, no matter how much assistance or facilitation you receive, is done by you and you alone! No one can do the work for you.
Hopefully I haven't confused you too much!
Bottom line: You ultimately do all the work but a facilitator (healer, counselor, coach) can help you get to where you are going faster, identify deeper issues, and provide a perspective you may not be able to see. In addition, it's nice not to do all of the work alone.
So, what can you do on your own?
I recommend the following activities:
Read! Knowledge is power. Whatever your question, there is an answer for you at the local book store or the local library. Reading will give you access to more experts than you could ever contact. Get inspired! Signup for my newsletter and receive inspiration and practical advice in your email box. Check out my list of recommended reading to get started reading powerful books.
Learn Meditation! Nothing you could do will change your life the way meditation can. It is the gateway, the path, the entrance ticket to accessing all things spiritual and energetic. What does that mean? It means that meditating allows you to receive spiritual guidance through your intuition and development of the 4 clairs. It allows you to access your chakras and your aura for healing you can perform on yourself. It allows you to listen to your body, your guides, angels, and God. There is no tool more important to personal & spiritual growth.
Learn Healing Techniques! I highly recommend that you master at least one releasing technique. These simple procedures can be learned on your own, at home, without any assistance. All of them can facilitate changing your relationship to life events creating more calm and inner peace. These tools are invaluable. Some of the methods I recommend are: The Sedona Method, The Effort Free Life System, EFT, BSFF, TAT and The Work by Byron Katie. These techniques provide the way to master acceptance.
